Trash Services - Request for Qualifications
SeniorAge Area Agency on Aging is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Fiscal Years 2020-2023 (July 1, 2019-June 30, 2023) for trash services. Proposal responses must be received no later than May 3, 2019 at 4:00 PM CST. Pest Control Services - Request for Qualifications
SeniorAge Area Agency on Aging is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Fiscal Years 2020-2023 (July 1, 2019-June 30, 2023) for pest control services. Proposal responses must be received no later than May 3, 2019 at 4:00 PM CST. April 17, 4:00 PM CST is the deadline for submission of SECTION ONE: Contractor's Pre-Screen Qualification for Submission Intent for those who received direct notice of the opportunity in the initial release. There will be no extension granted for the submission of completed and signed RFP SECTION ONE, pages 13-38 in entirety.
However, in honor of request(s) for additional time to submit the supporting documents requested in column three of page 26, we will allow these supporting documents to follow the April 17 submission, to be received no later than April 24, 4:00 PM CST.
If your supporting documents do not accompany your SECTION ONE completed and signed forms on April 17, your GO/NO GO DETERMINATION notification may be delayed.
May 20th remains a firm deadline for submission of the full RFP Packet.
Food and Non Food Products
SeniorAge Area Agency on Aging is requesting proposals (RFP) for Fiscal Years 2020-2023 (July 1, 2019-June 30, 2023) for food and non-food supplies. Proposals for services must meet SeniorAge standards and/or standards approved by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
Proposal responses must be received no later than May 20, 2019 at 4:00 PM CST. A copy of the RFP can be found here:
